Mam drzwi zakupione u Państwa, niestety zostały źle zamontowane i od listopada zgłaszałam reklamację i czekam aż ktoś przyjedzie i naprawi swój błąd. Niestety pan Gobert Gościcki nie odbiera ode mnie telefonu. Jak widać temu Państwu nie zależy na klientach.

(Original) Skorzystałem z usług tej firmy dwa razy. Pierwszy raz wszystko idealnie. Okna OK, montaż na poziomie. Czysto szybko sprawnie, obróbka super. Po raz drugi przyjechała ekipa Pana Jacka. Spóźnienie prawie godzinę. Montaż na pierwszy rzut oka w porządku ale były problemy techniczne przy montażu krytych okuć. Efekty po montażu - uszkodzone krawędzie okna, parapety zamontowane byle jak ( szpary pomiędzy oknem a parapetem), klamka od drzwi balkonowych odpadła. Obróbka fatalna, na grubo zapaćkane goldbandem, dziury i szpary. Jedna wielka porażka. Pan Jacek oczywiście nie miał czasu ani chęci by obejrzeć swoje dokonania. Przedstawiciel firmy Okno Plus, Pan Marek też był zainteresowany tylko do czasu zapłacenia faktury. Kompletna usługa to nie tylko okna, montaż ma ogromne znaczenie.
